The 3 modes basically change the RPM range for the gears, ECO will shift on lower RPMs and Power will lead the engine close to the red band and then upshift. The speed mentioned means in ECO mode you get upshift at 1500 RPM (example) while in POWER mode you get shift at ive got parking perfect in ETS2 99% of time im in on the 1st attempt. but ATS i have enough trouble trying to park on the easy parking let alone hard parking. so think ill struggle with this achevment in ATS. I usually just skip whole parking scene, because I get easily 50 XP for driving an empty truck to the gas station or the repair.
